We produce and export natural Flour from Maize, Cassava, Wheat, Millet, rice and varities of legumes. They are also packaged in whole or broken (crushed) forms.

Shito or black pepper as called in Ghana is a hot or mild aromatic condiment or sauce prepared from about 80% finely grind dry ingredients in vegetable oil.
Usage: same for ketchup and chilli oils as accompaniment. For rice, banku, cold meat, dips, stir fires.
Vegetarian Shito / Chilli Sauce (WITHOUT FISH OR PRAWNS) are also available.
